The Album Concept
Grace & Mercy is a musical account of Minister Winnie Moraa’s life. Each song stands as a chapter, and every chapter is about the grace and the mercy of God.
It is an album rooted in Scripture, and shaped by the teaching of ministers God has raised up in this era. What you hear on the record is the congregation as much as the lead voice, because these songs were written to be sung by a room rather than performed at one.
It is Minister Winnie Moraa’s heartfelt desire that this album reveals the transforming power of Jesus Christ, and leads whoever listens into an encounter of their own.
To share her own story honestly, so that what God has done in one life can be seen plainly in another.
To strengthen believers and carry the love of God further than the room the songs were recorded in.
To see people meet Jesus through the songs, which is the reason the album exists at all.
Five hours at Grace Arena Ministries, and a congregation that turned up to sing. Thank you to everyone who came and lent their voice to this record.
